Service Agreement

To the best of our knowledge we are the only manufacturer that has it’s own service team. To remove the hassle and budget for servicing your lockers, you can take out a service contract.

To keep your changing room looking good and working well, a planned maintenance scheme is the best approach.

Where we manage your site, you will be assigned a service engineer who will take personal responsibility for keeping your facilities looking good and working well.

Standard Service
The Helmsman standard service consists of the following points:-

  1. All door hinges to be checked and greased using the correct Helmsman Super Lube.
  2. The self-closing springs to be checked for operation and replaced if required.
  3. All doors to be checked for vandalism and other damage and replaced if necessary.
  4. All doors to be checked that they fit securely and are not distorted in any way.
  5. All locker tops, bases and shelves to be checked for damage.
  6. Each lock mechanism to be assessed and tested with the relevant coins or tokens.
  7. A full check of all keys for fit in the lock and ease of operation. Replaced where necessary. Any replacement key numbers documented.
  8. All wristbands will be checked and replaced if necessary.
The above is an outline of our standard service. Agreements can be tailored to suit customers individual needs.
