Your centre may look great but what’s the one area that customer see, day in day out? Your changing room. Here is a worry free solution for your locker and cubicle maintenance.

To prevent high outlay of cost for your lockers and cubicles, if you have a decent footfall rate through your centre, this option allows you to have new kit and make money.

Adding Income Share to your Existing Lockers

We will convert the lock to token retain, fully repair and service, at no expense.We will install a vending machine and take 100% until the conversion is paid for.You then have an audit trail taken from the token machine reading. Following on from this, you will start to get a revenue. (This will all be agreed at the start.)

Adding Income Share to New Lockers

Brand new equipment installed – locker,cubicles, seating etc. The agreement is based on footfall with payments underwritten over a 3 year term, typically five years.
