Suffolk based Helmsman has extended its range of school and workplace lockers to offer an intelligent “know-it-all” locker system that can control access, audit usage and even tell if an item has been removed or returned to a compartment.
The partnership between Helmsman and Traka has enabled this development and is a shining example of how both companies are continuing to meet market need.
The intelligent Traka system provides security, is scalable, and can be custom designed to accommodate almost any asset that needs to be secure such as laptops, PDA’s, phones, confidential files and medical equipment.
“It’s a great additional to our electronic locker range,” explains Richard Linton, operations manager at Helmsman, “we already offer our customers laptop charging lockers and trolleys, which have been a success in the UK and Europe.
