We are delighted to announce that Helmsman has been purchased by Sperrin Metal Products Ltd, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of storage products. We are currently undergoing a restructuring program and will continue to operate from our offices in Suffolk, manufacturing the same wide locker range.
This merger will bring additional benefits to customers as we are now able to offer a turnkey solution for all locker and shelving requirements.
We are now able to offer the following storage products:

• Office Cupboards
• Library Shelving
• Mobile Shelving
Sperrin Metal acquired the business due to the high profile and reputation Helmsman enjoys in the locker and leisure trade. It is our intention to continue this tradition.
